What Documents Are Needed for a Reentry Permit at Suvarnabhumi Airport?

Just for information on purchasing a reentry permit from Suvarnabhumi. The only documents needed are, ..completed TM 8 form with passport photo attached and payment. No longer require any photocopy of passport pages. Very quick service, took 15 mins.

I had printed a copy of the TM 8 from your file section, filled out the form prior to getting to the airport. Paid 3800baht for the multiple permit.

thanx, they have that "express counter" at Suvarnabhumi where you only need your passport (and you pay the 200 baht service fee in addition to the normal fee) that's why I asked

and did you pay the regular price 1000baht single or 3800baht multiple OR did you pay the "Plus 200 baht service charge" price (1200baht single and 4000baht multiple)?
