TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a long stay OA retirement visa from Washington, D.C., you need to upload several documents. Key requirements include bank statements, a medical certificate, pictures, your passport, a criminal record report, and both retirement and COVID-19 insurance. Additionally, ensure to have your plane ticket ready as it may also be required.
