Hi everyone,
Just a quick check on renewing 1 yr retirement visa for the 1st time. So need TM ?, letter from bank and photos? Is that all I need? Or do I need new residency certificate even if I haven't moved. TIA ๐ผ
TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew a one-year retirement visa for the first time in Thailand, you typically need the TM form, a letter from your bank, and photographs. A residency certificate is generally not required unless your immigration office specifies otherwise. It's best to check directly with your local immigration office for the most accurate and updated information on requirements.
