Hi Jim. I’m going through similar process. With uploading documents. I’ve signed and updated declaration form, as have marriage cert. but when I try to open on the page, won’t open. Wandering if you had same problem.
Yes Jim , that’s what happened. I’ve played around with different formats jpg etc. can open all but one to view, which is bank statements. Trying to compress folder, because cant view that one at minute. Just have a circle looking like it will open.
