TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a Non-O visa from the UK, acceptable documents to confirm legal residence include a passport, driving license, or council tax bill. Some users have successfully used their driving license to fulfill this requirement.

Just upload your passport again. The question is really only for non-U.K. passport holders with residency in the U.K.

You've got a passport or a council tax bill or any other item you'd use in UK to prove you legally live there.
