TLDR : Answer Summary
The first 90-day report for a Non-Immigrant OA visa must be done in person. You can make the report between 15 days before the due date and 7 days after. Since your 90th day falls on a Sunday when the immigration office is closed, you may visit the office early. Required documents include your passport, a copy of your address registration, and completion of the TM47 application form.
