What documents are needed to indicate your current location for a Thai visa application when in Vietnam?

Hello everyone. i would like to ask what kind of document i need to put in a “document indicating current location “? Is that the location i will do for the visa(eg.if i m in Vietnam, i need to provide the accommodation that i book in Vietnam)?

Because i m currently holding the TR visa and living in thailand and planning to do DTV visa in Vietnam.

most likely not. Each embassy have the estimated process time listed on their webpage. But I'd say you should count on at least some workdays (not weekend) for the process... In the end it might take some more day, so you should plan for that.
