I have always done my 90-day report online, know it is down at the moment. What do I need to take with me if I go to the Chiang Mai office's drive-through 90-day report?

 maybe, maybe not. Different immigration offices have different policies. The op should ask Chiang Mai immigration if they accept mail in reports, and the requirements.
