I have a few pretty simple questions. To extend my tourist visa for 30 days. What do I need besides the money, photos and passport ? Best time to go in bkk? How long should I expect to wait?

if this is your first Extension of Stay on this Tourist Visa, you need

1 passport picture

Application form

1.900 Thb fee

copy id page of passport

copy visa page in passport

copy Admitted until date stamp in passport

copy TM6 Departure card.

Go early, it is very busy at the Immigration office.

And just as advice, use these 30 days to find a flight out of this country.

There is an State of Emergency and there are restrictions on moving around. It is not fun to be stuck in a country inside a hotel room without legal stay and insurance.

my issue is I lost my job due to the virus so I have a condo for 7 more months and will have to leave the country to get the multiple entry visa. Looking for new job but everything is closed. Not a good month
