I have the Under Consideration stamp in my passport in anticipation of a 1-year Non Immigrant O (Spousal) extension. I see on the Immigation website my visa has been approved and the date to collect the visa is 2nd May.

Do I need to take anything to Immigration apart from myself and the passport when I go to get the extension tomorrow?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To collect your 1-year Non-Immigrant O (Spousal) visa extension, you only need to bring yourself and your passport. Comments suggest that no additional documents are necessary, although one commenter mentioned photocopying your bank book.
