Not 100% this applies to group parameters but figure it's worth trying.
I have a valid work permit (non-b) until September 2021 and have already extended my contract for another year (2022).
IF I have to temporarily return to the United States for approximately one week, what would I need to have to avoid quarantine for my return to Thailand? Vaccinations? A specific amount of health coverage beyond my current work health insurance?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has a valid work permit until September 2021 and is considering a temporary trip back to the U.S. They are seeking information on what is required to avoid quarantine upon their return to Thailand. Comments indicate that, as of now, there appears to be no way to avoid quarantine regardless of vaccination status. It is advised to obtain a single entry re-entry permit before departing and to consult the local consulate for any changes in reentry procedures.
1. It's unknown what changes will happen in May, OR in October.
2. Ask your local consulate about reentry procedures.
3. BEFORE YOU LEAVE, GET A SINGLE ENTRY RE-ENTRY Permit. This will let you return on your existing one year extension of stay based on employment. These cost 1,000 THB for a single entry and can be purchased at any immigration office, or the larger international airports.
>IF I have to temporarily return to the United States for approximately one week, what would I need to have to avoid quarantine for my return to Thailand? Vaccinations?
Nothing. There is *NO* method to avoid quarantine as of right now. What does the future hold? I do not know.
