TLDR : Answer Summary
In Toronto or Barrie, individuals have successfully obtained fit to fly certificates without a family doctor by using telehealth services such as QuickMD. One user paid $75 for a video call to receive their certificate while in ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine). There are also questions about the timing of the certificate issuance, particularly if it can be obtained earlier than the 72-hour maximum requirement prior to flight, similar to COVID-19 test regulations.
