What date should I put on my TM7 form, the date of my first entry or last entry into Thailand?

I filling up my TM7 there is a question when I came. First time I came on 4th November  2022 then I did border run on January 2023 so  I didn’t understand the question do they asking when I came first time or when I crossed the border last time ? Thank you
