First of all, thank you to everyone who is helping.
I would like to clarify the bank balance requirement for the DTV visa application. Do I need to show that during the past three to six months I consistently maintained a balance of over 500,000 THB?
At the moment I have a higher amount in my current account, but in previous months the balance was lower because I invest my funds and do not keep large amounts in the bank on a regular basis.
Could this situation affect the approval of my application?
TLDR : Answer Summary
The bank balance requirement for the DTV visa application in Thailand generally mandates that applicants must show a closing balance of at least 500,000 THB over the last three months. Some commenters suggest that while maintaining this balance consistently is optimal, there can be some flexibility, as not all funds need to be held consistently for the entire duration; however, this could vary by embassy and individual circumstances. If an applicant has lower balances in previous months due to investments, it may impact their application approval.
