TLDR : Answer Summary
There are several effective methods to send money person-to-person in Thailand, particularly for those without a Thai bank account. Options discussed include Western Union and MoneyGram, where recipients can collect cash at designated locations with valid identification. If the sender has a Wise account, money can be sent directly to someone with a bank account, or alternatively, cash can be sent through third parties like XE or directly in cash if the recipient lacks any bank account.
WU or Moneygram if the recipient doesnt have a bank account. Moneygram does the better deal.

You’re welcome I have all 3 apps and whilst XE is a little less on the exchanges it is by far the easiest to use. I have had issues with both MoneyGram and wise not accepting the transfer. Technical issues.
All Thai bar girls have a bank account. But something is fishy that she tells you she doesn't have a bank account. Make sure you are the only farang she is seeing right now before you send her any money.
