Has anyone left Thailand recently for an international flight. Are there any requirements for the Thai government (Fit to Fly, etc,) not for the airlines or the destination? Couldn't find on Thai consulate sites or others.

TLDR : Answer Summary
There are no specific requirements from the Thai government for leaving Thailand on an international flight. Passengers should be aware of and comply with the requirements of their destination country and the airlines they are flying with. While some countries may require a COVID-19 test or specific health forms, these are not stipulations from the Thai government itself.

I left 2 weeks ago for Australia and no Thai govt documents required. I fronted the check in counter with 2 documents - my passport and a printed out copy of a covid PCR test taken within the last 72 hrs. Negative result required of course. That's all.

No requirements to leave, only the country you're entering or airline requirements.

The only requirements are the ones established at your destination.

No. But make sure you know what is required by the destination (or even transiting) country and the airlines.
