Has anyone left Thailand recently for an international flight. Are there any requirements for the Thai government (Fit to Fly, etc,) not for the airlines or the destination? Couldn't find on Thai consulate sites or others.

TLDR : Answer Summary
There are no specific requirements from the Thai government for leaving Thailand on an international flight. Passengers should be aware of and comply with the requirements of their destination country and the airlines they are flying with. While some countries may require a COVID-19 test or specific health forms, these are not stipulations from the Thai government itself.
I left 2 weeks ago for Australia and no Thai govt documents required. I fronted the check in counter with 2 documents - my passport and a printed out copy of a covid PCR test taken within the last 72 hrs. Negative result required of course. That's all.
To travel back to USA I need COVID test not the quick one the other. Other thing qatar requires a form on health conditions you can find it on there web page. Other than that nothings else is required for me to enter usa
