TLDR : Answer Summary
Importing natural medicine to Thailand can be complex due to regulatory requirements. While it may seem difficult to do officially, alternatives like using delivery services such as iHerb exist. Additionally, many herbal medicines may already be available under different names in Thailand. If you wish to import specific natural or herbal products not found locally, you will likely need to obtain a license from the Thai FDA.

If it is a natural/herbal medicine, it is most likely already available in Thailand, but might be called something else. If not, you'll need a license from the FDA.

Not easy if you want to do officially, have you tried iherb who do deliveries here.
apparently so, they take care of all the legal hurdles. But been advised to keep orders small to avoid heavy taxes

I have ordered from iHerb several times. Orders over $50 (I think) have free shipping to Thailand. My last box got to the village in 11 days from my order. I endorse them highly.
