The discussion centers around an individual who has noticed that their Non O visa lists the wrong gender after already entering Thailand and obtaining a multi-reentry permit. Comments suggest consulting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for corrections and to determine if this error could impact a permanent residency application. OK thank you. I'm assuming there are services that can handle this? Really not interesting in standing in any lines and dealing with govt offices...

And whether it's for a child or an old person, the people who control ALL the thai consulates (scattered around the world in other countries) is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office out at Chaengwattana Road in the government complex.

That's who you need to talk to, AND for your PR concerns you'd go to the thai immigration office at Chaengwattana and talk to the people in section D (the PR counter)

It's actually for a child. They got the visa in HCM. my main question is will it affect Thai PR application or is it better to go and try to fix it beforehand.

never saw that one before :/ I highly doubt that it'll make a problem BUT the people to actually check with no matter where they bought the visa from would be the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Office out at the government complex on Chaengwattana Road. <- that's who runs all the thai consulates in other countries and sells visas at them.
