DTV VISA

I’ve seen there’s options between Muay Thai & Cooking courses for the DTV VISA.

If you choose to do one of those courses for 6 months then leave Thailand & come back, there is no problem entering the country without a new course paid for again & arranged?

Thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The DTV visa allows holders to leave and re-enter Thailand multiple times over a period of 5 years without needing to enroll in a new course after the initial 6-month course. However, rules and regulations are subject to change, and it is crucial to comply with Thai immigration laws.

Some will get angry, but there are rules, regulations and laws in Thailand.

All made by the Thai Government and some anonymous dtv holders thinks they are allowed to over ride each and every one of them.

The visa is issued and valid for a period of 5 years, this visa CAN be voided by a judge in a courtcase, OR on request of the visa holder.

Immigration Officers are allowed to check why and how a foreigner is in Thailand, they can gather evidence and send that to court, for a judge to make a ruling.

Believe it or not, even when the foreigner explain Im busy cooking and have a muay thai training the next hour, the judge will rule.

Even with remote job workcation applications, nobody guarantees to do that job for entire 5 years. Same for soft power route. They give all DTV visa holders 5 years multiple entires. That’s all.

Once you have the visa, you come and go as you please for 5 years. There's no requirement for ongoing courses, yet. It could change in the future
