What is the required time frame for having the 500,000 THB and what is the Proof? And is it required to have that balance the whole time frame (without ever going below) or just having consistent income and 500,000 THB when applying?

3 to 6 months depending on the Embassy. People get approved with less than that - see Vietnam for example. Yes it is required for the entire time frame.
