TLDR : Answer Summary
For the 5-year Destination Thailand Visa (DTV), you will need to provide proof of funds amounting to ฿500,000 rather than proof of income. This can typically include bank statements showing the required balance. It is important to confirm the specific requirements directly from the embassy's website where you will apply, as regulations can vary. If you are attending a martial arts school, you may also need to submit proper documentation from the school to support your visa application.

Next step: Read the website of the Embassy you will apply at, since requirements differ, but all say 500.000 Baht on bankaccount

And that you are attending a Muay Thai training school that meets the requirements for granting the DVT visa. Without being able to provide the required documents in support of your application for the DTV visa, means DENIED.
Pete *******
Proof of funds in the bank, not proof of income, is required for the DTV.
