Does anyone have a list of requirements for getting 60 day extension for visiting Thai family at Chiang Mai Immigration. I've searched here and other groups and am seeing posts saying go get the list from Chiang Mai Immigration.. Would rather avoid going there if possible so if anyone else has them recently it would be much appreciated. If not I'll try on Monday.

This page is what is required for Phuket Immigration. CM may have different criteria.

I am not 100% on this but my understanding is yes you can get it on top of the regular 30 day extension.

Each office has different ways of interpreting the rules. Sorry I know nothing about CM immigration. To be sure you’d need to ask them.

thanks. It says one time per entry. Do you happen to know if I extend by the usual 30 days can I get this 60 day extension on top.

I'm just trying to look out all my options until I get non o based on marriage which was due to be very soon until all the borders shut. Extension due 2nd April.

My husband is away for a few days, going to try and visit immigration without him to get the answers and if not go with him when he is back. But anything I can find online until I manage those 2 things is helpful!
