Hey, please can I check this is all I need once I arrive in Thailand from the UK.

I emailed immigration 10 days ago to ask but had no reply yet.

Non - O - guardian visa:-

TDAC (from the uk within 3 days before we fly)

90 reporting - passport, proof of address 

1 year extension (within first 90 days)

Passport 

1 year rental contract 

School enrolment details (for daughters)

500,000 Thai bhat in Thai bank accounts seasoned for 30 days 

If we want to leave apply for re-entry permit 

Am I missing anything?

Seems about right. You wouldn't worry about 90 day report until you are on the extension but it's best to get the handout from your local immigration office once you arrive. You're going to have to go there to get a residence certificate to open a bank account anyway
