What are the requirements and considerations for applying for a DTV visa under Workcation in Thailand?

Hi all,

I want to apply for a DTV visa under Workcation. I have the following documents:

1. Cover letter from my manager stating my work and what I do, signed
2. Employment Contract, showing remote work, signed 
3. Employment Offer Letter, signed
4. 11 Months Payslips 
5. End of year tax return
5. Passport showing all entries into and out of Thailand and entry into Ho Chi Minh City 
6. Booking confirmation for the hotel I am staying at in Ho Chi Minh City.
7. Passport Photograph
8. Document stating purpose of visit

My issues are as follows;

1. Last month or two, my company underwent a name change, I have the official government document showing the name change from the old name to the new one but all my documents show the old company name. Will this be an issue?

2. All my documentation has been digitally signed, is this allowed or does it need to be hand signed?

3. My bank statement is for my savings account, the problem is that the account does not have many transactions (Less than 200 in the last 6 months), would it still be accepted if there are not many transactions?

4. Lastly, considering all the above, is it worth it to apply via an Agency or just myself?

You need to show specifically that your company allows you to work from Thailand AND that your work is ALL specifically based outside of Thailand ( no Thai customers allowed).
