I have some questions about applying in London, going to be applying under the management of my own properties. I have proof of years of steady regular income and can prove management through various platforms I use.

1. What documents/ proof do they want for this?

2. Do they accept cash in an investment ISA account or do I need to withdraw it into my bank account?

3. Do London really only require the funds to be seasoned for 10 days before applying?

4. What’s the current processing times in London?

Any other info is greatly appreciated 🙂 TIA
Answer summary
The user is seeking guidance on applying for a Thai visa from London, specifically in relation to managing their own properties. They have questions about the necessary documentation, the acceptability of funds in an investment ISA account, the seasoning requirement for funds before application, and current processing times for visa applications in London. Community responses emphasize the need for clear ownership and liquidity of funds, suggesting that while an ISA can be acceptable, proving accessibility and consistent income will strengthen the application. It is mentioned that the seasoning of funds can ideally be around 10 days, and processing times are roughly 10 business days.

For London, proof of funds is usually less about the account type and more about clear ownership, accessibility, and source of funds.

An ISA can work if you can show it’s liquid and under your name. The “seasoning” requirement can vary, but many applicants generally try to show stable balances rather than recent large deposits.

Documentation quality often matters more than the exact bank product. For rental income, clear tenancy agreements and consistent income history usually help strengthen the application.
