TLDR : Answer Summary
To assist your Thai partner in obtaining a Visitor Visa to Canada, it's recommended to use resources such as www.canadavisa.com for guidance. Essential requirements include showing financial stability and providing a sponsor letter. It's crucial to demonstrate solid reasons for returning to Thailand, like an employer letter with planned vacation dates. I have obtained 2 visas for my GF, she now has a 10 year multi-entry visa. Learned a lot from the forum, first visa app failed. After the failed attempt I wrote my MP and he provided a reference letter.
She’ll have to show money in the bank, land deeds or reasons why she will return to Thailand. Need a sponsor letter from you. It’s not easy but can be done.
