What are the requirements and conditions for obtaining a Non-B visa based on condominium ownership in Thailand?
I’ve got Non-B base on 3M Condo
I read some many times by “FB experts” that this visa doesn’t not exist… etc.. etc.
So I’ve got Non-B stamp base on a condominium purchase last year.
Here are the requirements:
-Own a condominium minimum of 3M baht
-Bought after 2020
-Bought from ANY development, or Thai person (p2p).
-Have Original title deed, purchase invoice, and Tabien Baan (blue book).
Got the visa converted from tourist within the country, in less than 10 days. Also got bank account.

There is the Thi version of the announcement up on the net. Not able to translate from the PDF in google and given Rayong didn’t seem to have a Condo development that fitted the requirements so I haven’t bothered to print it out and scan it.
It avoids 90 day reports and deposits and is much easier than marriage or retirement to extend.
Still prefer a house over a condo if buying.

Does your non-b require you to secure a job ? Or does it allow you to stay in thailand without any conditions or job?

I B visa is a Business visa, yes it can form part of getting a work permit, but having a job is not necessary..

Do you have a Thailand Longstay Membership and did Thailand Longstay provide the required Certification to get that in–country Non–B Visa Stamp from your local Thai Immigration Office?

OPYes, this visa is run by that government foundation program, they take care of everything, get appointment to immigration and in 45min get out with stamp.

Dca Dca that's the only condo developer who can issue the visa, and normally they base it on a 5-million THB Elite Privilege visa

Nongnuch Kamdee No, Thailand Longstay ( บริษัท ไทยจัดการลองสเตย์ จำกัด ) is not a condo developer, but, like Thailand Privilege/Thailand Elite in that the Thai Government via TAT (Tourism Authority of Thailand) only holds 30% shareholding vs. with Thailand Privilege Card ( บริษัท ไทยแลนด์ พริวิเลจ คาร์ด จำกัด TPC ) TAT holds 100% shareholding
