What are the reentry consequences for foreigners who overstay their visa in Thailand for 90 days?
If a foreigner leaves Thailand at his 90th day of overstaying, is he/she banned from reentering Thailand for a year, or should it be more than 90 days to be banned from reentering?

I guess no further discussion is needed. It is to simple, DO NOT OVERSTAY and there is NO reason to be in overstay. So if plan to do it, well as the old phrase: IF you can not do the time don't do the crime.

Also such an overstay could bar you from obtaining a future Thai visa as well as be unfavorably looked upon by other countries you may wish to visit or obtain a visa from.
