perhaps you can get your boarding pass for the international flight in advance, and be 'in transit' instead of actually entering Bangkok (if it's the same airport)?

i think Nick is saying that if you choose to be in transit, there is no risk of quarantine in BKK. Fly CM to BKK and get out from there with 'connecting flights' = no problem Nick *******

The 15 days of mandatory state quarantine only applies to people arriving to Bangkok while overseas. Domestic travel into Bangkok does not require quarantineLee ****
