TLDR : Answer Summary
For a midnight flight on May 3, the earliest you can take your PCR test is on April 30. You must receive your test results within 72 hours before your departure.

Thailand has for some reason results 72 before flight but some airlines/transit places dont accept so just do test 72 hours before your flight results dont take long

72 hours before departure. I would contact your airline to see what they will accept in this instance.

as I said, given that it's a midnight (00:00 presumably), please ask your airline what timing it will accept for travel.
