Hello everyone, during my DTV workcation visa application, I've just been asked for a new passport photo with the following wording:

The Royal Thai Consulate-General would like to request additional documents as follows:

• Photograph taken within the last six months: Only biometric passport photos from photo studios are accepted, and the digital file is uploaded directly into the system. This ensures that the photo requirements are met.

Can someone explain this to me in more detail? Surely the photo studio isn't supposed to upload the image to the visa system?
