So take control of your own life, and do a thoroughly research by reading the website of the Thailand Embassy of choice, and read previous posts in this group, having the newest changes in mind.

Then you will be able to do the application yourself as you are supposed to.

Agencies in Thailand would have very little knowledge of the policies at the Thai Embassy in your residence country, but you will have the benefit that that the Embassy will have better knowledge of which supporting documentation is required for that country.
