TLDR : Answer Summary
To get married in Bangkok, both foreigners need notarized right to marry documents from their respective embassies. These documents should indicate their marital status (single, divorced, or widowed), with supporting documents as needed. They must then visit the BangRak amphur/local administration office with copies of their passport entry stamps, data pages, and two witnesses. It's recommended to check with the amphur for specific requirements and to make an appointment, as this is a common location for foreign marriages in Bangkok.

First you both need notarized right to marry documents from your respective embassies, stating that you are either single never married, divorced, or widowed, with the last two requiring supporting official documents. When you have these then with copies of your passport entry stamps, and data pages, you go to the BangRak amphur/ local administration office with two witnesses, and they will marry you. Go there first to get the exact list of what is needed, and you might need to make an appointment, as that office is where most foreigners get married at in Bangkok. Actual marriages do not involve any monks, just going to the local amphur and the official there does it.
