What are the extra document requirements for a DTV visa application from the Thai Embassy for a UK passport holder?

First time DTV applicant, UK passport holder, applying from the UK..I got asked for THIRTEEN extra documents/resubmissions. Some of these are hard to interpret (see below). Has anyone in this group got experience of satisfying the Thai Embassy in providing the documents they've requested, which are way over and above what were specified in the initial application? Your useful advice would be gratefully received.

3 - not sure how driving licence proves my location? I don't have utility bills as only in UK for summer

4 - I can't find either of these in my passport!

Is 7 something I write or my contractor/employer?

Does 10 mean that the remote work I'm doing HAS to be done from Thailand?

3 Document indicating current location (e.g., valid visa, receipt(s)/proof(s) of payment of airline tickets or accommodation, etc.): - Your recent UK/Ireland/UK territories local utility bills showing your name and UK/Ireland address dated within last 3 months or Valid UK/Ireland Driving licence .

4 Other request documents: - A copy of your boarding pass last left Thailand to UK/Ireland and Thai Immigration leaving stamp on your passport page if possible.

[5 Other request documents: If you do not remain in UK , would like to re-apply at Thai Embassy in other country, please contact them first for more information before submit and upload consent letter that you would want to cancel your application in UK. Visa Fee is not refundable.]

6 Other request documents: A letter to acknowledge that you will remain in UK/Ireland until visa processing done before travel out . Rescheduled E-Ticket and/or interview may asked. Processing time is taken within 15 working days or longer after all request(s) submitted.

7 Other request documents: Consent letter to acknowledge that DTV holders can work remotely only , will not engage in any employment, business activities including Film making , income-generating work from Thailand and will not be in contravention of local Thai laws.

8 Financial evidence: an amount of no less than 500,000 THB, (e.g., bank statements for the last three months, sponsor letter): Please visit your UK/Ireland local Bank Branch get the print out of your Personal bank statements for last 3 months with the official stamp and minimum closing balance within last 15 days of 11,000 GBP and this balance should be held at least 10 days.

9 Other request documents: Please provide Your Professional portfolio or Online Performance showing your showcase which visibly stated yours or Employment contract / Contract agreement / Online platform Contract or Independent employment contract

10 Other request documents: A letter/reference letter confirming employment/contract details from your Contractor or Client you engaged state your position and work role as a remote worker in Thailand (address to Royal Thai Embassy in London) signed by an authorised person.
