TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, you do not need a PCR test to leave Thailand, but it is essential to check with your airline as they may have their own boarding requirements. You'll need to show your Passenger Locator Form (PLF) and provide proof of vaccination. Additionally, upon your arrival in the UK, you will need to take a Day 2 test.
