Hey guys so I recently arrived here and I am currently on the basic 60 day visa. My question is, I hope to get a visa to be able to do a few halfday workshops for Wim Hof method, maybe 2 or 3 a month. In the future, I would like to extend this to doing weekend retreats, maybe once a month, I I would be able to employ 4 staff for those.

Would anyone know if there is a visa I could apply for to do this? Tia

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks guidance on obtaining a visa to conduct workshops for the Wim Hof method in Thailand. They are on a 60-day visa and want to expand to weekend retreats, potentially employing staff. The responses suggest applying for a Non-B visa and a work permit after starting a company with full-time Thai employees and having sufficient capital in a Thai bank.

You’ll also need 2 million capital in a Thai bank to get your visa

You start a company and employ 4 full time thai employees then you apply for a Non-B visa and a work permit assuming what ever it is your doing is not a restricted occupation

Yes you have to open business and then do work permit. My friends used to have Phuket wellness center to do feldenkrais, pilates and yoga. Not aware of any temporary visa unless you do it in conjunction with an existing company or hotel
