Hi can anyone advise where we are now with TM30 reporting etc. Been away since March and in quarantine now, just wandering if landlords have to report every 30 days or not and when I arrive back home. Thanks and much appreciated in advance.

As you have been outside of Thailand and have returned, I suggest you ask your immigration office when you get home...to be sure.

You have a new arrival card. And the ASQ hotel should have reported your arrival.

perfect and thank you James. I guess there has been no official change. I remember there was a bit of a fiasco concerning the TM30 requirements. Once I'm back to Janchanaburi I will check in with immigration to enquire what is needed.

with 70+ immigration offices there are varied TM30 reporting requirements. Best to ask when you arrive home.

I live in Kanchanburi; I never been able to get a straight answer from any of the officers. The TM30 is submitted in building 3 (if my memory serves me right) and they never told me if I should get it done or not, even if I ask them directly.

My opinion: If you live close by, try to submit it within 24 hours. That's what I do.
