Hi guys - question about the 90 day report for DTV holder

I entered Thailand on my DTV August 15th

I then left for a work trip October 14th

Do my 90 days re-set if I have left within 90 days?

I just want to know if I am supposed to do my 90 day report now for the August entry...or if I have to do it sometime in January for the October entry

Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
When you hold a DTV visa and leave Thailand, the 90-day reporting requirement is reset based on your latest entry. You need to count 90 days from the date of your latest re-entry into Thailand, not from previous entries. Therefore, in your case, you will report your 90-day stay based on your entry on August 15th, but if you traveled out of the country and returned, your reporting obligations start afresh from your latest entry date.

You are reporting 90 consecutive days in Thailand. You only report if you have spent 90 consecutive days in Thailand otherwise the 90 days resets upon each entry.
