Anyone have any recent updates on trying to obtain a Covid extension in Chiang Mai? I actually tried to contact US Embassy and they said they will not issue a letter,  which is one of the req's, has it been necessary?

The US embassy hasn't issued the letter in like forever and the Immigration office up there knows it.

how many covid extensions have you gotten and what stamp were you on before you wanted to go to a covid extension ?

we were on Tourist 60 days and extended for another 30 one time so far.
