You have to do your first 90days report in person at the immigration office. After that you may be able to do online

there is no stamp that says when you do a 90 day report, you get a paper from the immigration office that tells you when your first 90 day report is due when you get your yearly extension

you can go 15 days before that date down until 7 day after that date :)

You go to MTT if you are in Bangkok. You have 15day before to 7days after your due date to apply in person without any hustle.
