TLDR : Answer Summary
With a Privilege Visa in Thailand, you can stay as long as your visa is valid. Upon entry, you receive a stamp that allows you to remain for a year. You must report every 90 days, but while you are outside the country, this requirement is suspended. To maintain your stay after one year, you can either extend your visa for a fee or leave and re-enter the country.

You can stay as long as your visa is good til/paid for. You do have to renew it every year, either by exiting the country or paying a fee.

Yes, 1900 bahts

You get stamped in for a year. After a year you either get extension for 1900THB, or leave and re-enter. Rinse and repeat until your visa is over.

No, it's extended each year at the local immigration office.

The 90 days report is suspended while you’re out of country anyway. Every time you enter you get stamped in within the validity of your privilege visa. So you can stay as long as you wish until your privilege visa expires.
