Hello, last year I read something about how to do the 90 days report at the Bumrungrad Hospital. Is this still possible? I couldn’t find anything online. I remember to call a number to make an appointment and you have to pay a special fee.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is still possible to do the 90 days report at Bumrungrad Hospital. One user shared their experience of using the service without an appointment, mentioning a fee of 600 Baht and the ease of dropping off their passport. However, another commenter highlighted that reporting can be done quickly at immigration offices without additional fees, suggesting that individuals consider direct immigration services instead.

I did my 90 day report at Immigration at Promanada earlier this week. It took me only 10 minutes and after I was processed there was no one left waiting in line at 12pm. It was very painless. Other on here have said they had similar experiences this week. Why would you pay someone 500 baht for a painless free service?

That rinky dinky immigration office in Chiang Mai probably doesn't handle as many customers in a week as the Bangkok office handles in a day.

I've gone into the 90 day report room with a queue number of over 300 and they were only serving number 100.

It's a different ball-game in the big city.

Because in Bangkok the immigration is annoyingly far out of town and it can take hours to get things done there. So instead of paying for public transport and taxi, you pay the hospital and save some time :)

Don't they do it for medical reasons? That's how mine was done, at Bumrungrad.

I've used the service once. That time the fee was 600 Baht. I didn't have an appointment. Just went straight to the 10th floor in early afternoon and dropped off my passport. They filled in the form and charged me in advance. The next day I could pick it up.
