Been living in Thailand for 2 1/2 years and heading back to UK shortly…there’s obviously no Covid requirements to enter UK but there’s a 1 hour 15 stop over in Vienna Austria…I don’t think I need anything but better to be safe than sorry, any ideas?

No it isn't. It can be based on your airline and the country where you change planes.

We had issues in Germany on BKK-FRA-LHR because of German specific rules.
