TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent experiences indicate that domestic flights within Thailand currently require minimal documentation, primarily a passport. Previous requirements for vaccination certificates and Thailand Pass seem not to be enforced anymore for most flights. For flights from Bangkok, either a vaccination certificate or a negative COVID-19 test is necessary, while flights into Bangkok require no documentation.

For most destinations flying FROM Bangkok, either vax certificate OR negative covid test. For flights TO Bangkok, nothing required

Mark Goodall. Thailand pass is irrelevant inside the country. It only gets people into Thailand.

I flew Bangkok to Phuket last month and no mention of Thai Pass being needed. I do live here though but they never checked the visa to know that
