TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent experiences indicate that domestic flights within Thailand currently require minimal documentation, primarily a passport. Previous requirements for vaccination certificates and Thailand Pass seem not to be enforced anymore for most flights. For flights from Bangkok, either a vaccination certificate or a negative COVID-19 test is necessary, while flights into Bangkok require no documentation.
