Into UK you need one booked and paid for before you fly back. UK govt website has info on whats needed. Best check rules for where your flying to after leaving Thailand.

 there are NO requirements to leave Thailand. If you're looking for that you're wasting your time. You need to look for ENTRY requirements to your destination.

 I don't know. It depends on what the UK requirements are. The airline will enforce those requirements, but because UK told them to not because Thailand did.

 it's literally the only answer. You keep asking about Thailand. It has nothing to do with Thailand. This is a group for ENTERING Thailand.

If you were leaving from ANY country in the world to UK the requirements would be the same and have nothing to do with the country you're leaving.

 Thailand could care less what you do when you leave. But if the UK requires a test, then the airline will want to see it in Thailand before you board your plane. You need to look at what the UK requirements are and abide by those. There are Facebook groups that are made specifically for helping people get into the UK.

 uk govt and airline have all the info for entering UK. I.e. fully vaccinated entering UK FROM USA, a prepaid covid test done up to 2 days after arrival and a locator form.

This is completely dependant on your destination and airline. Thailand has no regulations for when you are leaving the country.
