Can anyone first-hand recommend a company that offers an 'in Thailand' DTV application service? I've reached out to some advertisements, but they don't all pass the legitimacy test. Thank you.
Answer summary
There are mixed opinions on obtaining a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) while in Thailand. Some commenters advocate for the legitimacy of companies like AllSabaai Thai and Borderless Setup, claiming they provide reliable services for DTV applications without leaving Thailand. Others caution against using agents, warning of potential illegality and complications in applying from within the country. Recommendations for trustworthy services include ISSA Compass and Travel Safe, with caution advised due to risks of blacklisting.

First it’s pointless using an agent because it’s longer and more complicated than just filling the form in yourself. Second it’s illegal to apply from Thailand and you’ll get caught and blacklisted
There’s no point in getting a DTV in Thailand as it’s not as if you’re converting your stay in Thailand. You’d still be required to leave in order to transition over to a DTV.
