Can a company in Thailand help me obtain a work visa while I'm on a tourist visa?

The company needs to apply for the WP and also help getting the Non-B. They WP application is part of the visa application documentation pack you need. You get the Non-B, come back to Thailand on it and complete the WP process. Some nationalities can only apply for the non-B in own country but as a Brits you can apply elsewhere. Pre-Covid Singapore was a favoured place to go if company paying all exes. 🙂 I have done it in Cambodia 20 years ago and Singapore 2 years ago with a Brit passport

You'll need the proper visa and work permit. Talk to them.

It’s all to do with the set up of the company that you’ll work for and whether they could obtain you a in country Non B. If you’re a teacher it would probably be more like that they could but other positions it’s down to their set up. You’ll need to get your company to check with immigration.

That would only be the company that could answer that have you talk too them🤔🤔🤔
