Hello, I am on a non o visa with 1 year extension exp Jan 2022. I am leaving Thailand for about 3 months to go back to USA this month.Not have health insurance. Would I need to get health insurance other then the covid 19 insurance when returning? Requirements on return?

the 100K USD in covid insurance needs to cover the full period left on your extension of stay, i.e. until January 2022, as you will be stamped in for the full period left until then
