A little paranoid, but am applying for a marriage non-O extension on Nov 11 (I have a non-OA extension to that date). When the Immigration Officer came to the condo lobby (2 trips, did not want to actually go to the rented condo unit), talked tough the first time and told my wife I might have to leave the country. The second visit was less tense, and he took photos of us in the lobby.
Anyway, if I don’t get the marriage non-O extension, on the last day of my non-OA extension, what can I do to stay in the country or postpone returning to Canada?
Cheers
