Should I use an agent for my Thai visa application or handle it on my own?
Going back and forth on using an agent vs doing it myself. I have everything I need but the money back guarantee the agent provides sounds really nice and her approval rate is reassuring. But I don't know if the extra cost is necessary.

I assume that money back guarantee only applies to their actual service fee and not the fee for the visa.

yes embassy keeps your money , agent just gives back your fee , I used a agent 8000 baht , got first time no problems , only extra docs flight ticket 😉, soft power.

If you are paying an agent to check all documents before submission and for peace of mind then why not if the amount is reasonable. That is what you are paying for, a quality check. Anything else they promise I would be skeptical.

You can apply for the visa yourself but if you don’t have the supporting documents then that’s what ur paying the extra cost for
